Some ideas for the next release (xlog-0.9.x):

* When saving as ADIF add an option to convert frequency to band information.
* When saving as labels add an option to save the free fields.
* When using the logeditor and adding/deleting columns mark the log as read.
* Support for gtk+-2.4 -> faster log loading, new gtkfilechooser dialog and
  autocompletion.
* Use Alt-1, Alt-2, etc. to switch between different logs.
* I have had a bug report from VK5ABN, who reported crashes at first startup
  and log corruption when using the log editor. This is on NetBSD, it does not
  reproduce on linux. I already have an old laptop ready with NetBSD installed.

(xlog-1.0):

* OK1RR countrytables.
* Maps.
* Show a worldmap with the path to the station.
* Enhance xlog.dat, so we can calculate heading and distance
  for the different U.S. and Canadian call districts (also see OK1RR).
* Selectable font for the log.
* Search should be more flexible, e.g:
	- use regex.
	- open as a separate log.
	- search multiple fields.
* Move QSO's in the log.
* Interface with SQLite databases.
* Open logs read-only.
* Tab, comma separated log export.
* libgnome-print seems to offer what I need for printing and is a standalone
  widget set, which does not depend on gnome.
* Awards checking with templates.
* Chronological sorting of the log.
  (difficult because of all the different languages supported I guess)
