List of known bugs:
-------------------

1.

     su <username> -c update-menus

  trows

rm: cannot lstat `.': Permission denied

I suspect a bug of update-menus here but this has to be tracked down.

2. If a user decides to change his own .menu/med-* files they will be
overriden by the next med-* update.

3. Windowmanagers and user environments

Gnome: Builds a complete Debian menu tree under user menu - rubish
KDE: Completely different menu handling - was not able to found the
             user entries
    fvwm: Bug in /etc/menu-methods/fvwm
             (.fvwm should be removed)
Bug against fvwm should be filed after certain testing
sawfish: Was not able to find user menu

    ???

I was told that there was a mail on Debian devel mailing list which
had a quite complete analysis of user menu bugs.

Any volunteer to do some research and filing bugs??
