The full text of the LGPL can be found in the file

Note that the source tarball contains a copy of the GPL. A brief
IRC snippet with Scott Wheeler clarifying this:

[13:30] < ds-work> wheels: is kgst GPL or LGPL?
  [13:32] < wheels> ds-work: [looks at a header] LGPL aparently...
[13:32] < ds-work> wheels: 'cuz it has a copy of the GPL
  [13:33] < wheels> ds-work: Well "it" a tarball that I made in a hurry probably
just using the file that was at the base of the module.
  [13:35] < wheels> ds-work: Yeah, there's a copy of the GPL in that module that I
just forgot to replace with a copy of the LGPL when making the tarball.
But that file came from me, not from Tim, so I think it's safe to
  ignore it.
