Class Summary

DockBorderLayout	A layout manager which allows toolbars to be docked at any edge.
ToolBar	A toolbar class which assumes rollover effects and automatically gives tooltip to any buttons created by adding an action.
ToolBarFactory	A factory class for creating new instances of toolbars
ToolBarManager	This class exists to propogate change in toolbar settings (icon size etc) to all toolbars registered with it.
